KDM Management Inc. was formed in 1986 to provide a more specialized and personal service to owner occupied condominiums. Since its formation, we have attained extensive experience in managing all types of condominium complexes: high-rise and low-rise apartment style buildings, townhouses, coach houses and duplexes, new home construction, conversion projects and older complexes in addition to managing home owners associations.
We currently manage conventional developments, bare lands and phased developments. Our condominium managers have on average over 10 years of experience in the condominium management industry. Our condominium managers have full time administrative assistants to support them.
Currently, we are members in good standing of the [link: Greater Edmonton Home Builders Association] (Multi Family Council), the [link: Canadian Condominium Institute] and the [link:Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta]. Our memberships enable us to keep abreast of current events within the industry and to obtain up-to-date information on condominium management, industry trends and educational information for homeowners and boards of directors.
