TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By entering a Condominium Plan Number and pressing the Submit button I declare that I have obtained authorization from the current Legal Unit Owner to obtain any documentation relating to their unit. I understand that I may be requested to provide proof of authorization from the owner of the unit documents are requested on and must provide this proof to KDM Management Inc. when contacted. Acceptable proof would be a current signed communication from the owner or a copy of a current signed listing or purchase contract. Furthermore, I understand that there are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCEPTIONS after completing and paying for a document request. All sales are final.
